After working with 100’s of hospitality venues across Australia & NZ and speaking to over a dozen venue owners each week we have a very clear understanding of the key levers that drive results in this industry.

At a high level, we cover 27 major areas of a hospitality venue all glued together with a specific focus on developing the venue owner at the core, alongside comprehensive Strategy, Structure & Support from the Foodie Coaches team.

Nothing in this program is mandatory and we're not going to 'make' you do anything, that's on you.

In saying that, most members who join don't have a planning or organisation system they use yet and want to watch the most impactful trainings we have straight away - so the 6 week challenge and our planning system exists to take and use immediatelly for those owners.

Within the Elite Mastermind program we break our year into quarters that run for 12 weeks.

(We use the 13th week to audit the business and run a retreat/ virtual retreat.)

At the end of a quarter, members follow a Quarterly Business Owner Checklist to audit the business.

Following that we complete a Quarterly Strategic Plan, and then enter our quarter and use The Weekly Breakdown document to commit to Top 5's and work week by week.
